Quality matters, and cheaper is not always better. You get what you pay for and when you hire Advanced Concrete Technologies you are paying for professional construction of something that is going to last you a lifetime. Don’t get suckered into the cheapest contractor who doesn’t pull permits, uses inferior products, and has poor workmanship. I guarantee you will regret going with the cheapest bid everytime you see that crooked patio deteriorating day after day.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is this service going to cost?
All jobs are different. Variables include the area the job is located, size of job, access to site, excavation, reinforced steel, concrete mix design, and the type of finish. We will price match or beat our competitors prices guranteed.
Does your work come with a warranty?
Our work is backed by a one year guarantee! Rest assured your job will be free from defects caused by poor workmanship, quality of products used, and proper site preparation. We do things right the first time!
How long does it take to complete the job?
All jobs are different, but some jobs have a turn around of as little as 3 days. From start to finish. Others can take a week or more dependent on the weather, size of job, location, and concrete supply and demand.
Are permits required?
Most jobs require a permit. Some jobs that don’t would be removing and replacing an existing driveway not including the approach or city sidewalk, a patio in your backyard, sidewalk to the back yard, grinding of trip hazards, etc.. But, If we do any work that requires a permit such as working in the Right of Way, city side walks, adding additional concrete surfaces to your property for a structure, voluntary sidewalk improvements, or need to prune tree roots we will make sure we have the proper permits required so you don’t have to worry. We never work without a permit if one is required.
